CLAIMS & RETURNS

*Strictly no returns or exchanges on Earrings or Sale items unless faulty.

In the event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

We require a photo of the damaged item to be emailed to us at hello@bei-oggetti.com to enable a full refund or a replacement.

Items damaged due to wear and tear cannot be replaced.

If you believe you have received a faulty product (due to manufacturer fault), please email us a photo at hello@bei-oggetti.com. 

If you would like to return your item due to change of mind, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase for our approval and return will be at customer expense.

Returns due to change of mind must be returned at the purchaser's cost and in original sale condition.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorisation number.
